From Apprentice to Master Electrician

Benjamin didn’t start with a business plan. He started with a toolbelt and a commitment to doing things right. Since entering the electrical trade in 2010, he’s worked his way from apprentice to master electrician, holding a Masters license in Texas as well as Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Business Management. In 2019, he co-founded Diamondback Electrical Services with a simple vision: build a company that solves the toughest electrical challenges with skill, safety, and integrity. By May 2020, we opened our doors and haven’t looked back.

What started as one master electrician in 2020 has grown into a team of over 35 skilled professionals. The professional team we employ ranges electrical service technicians, residential electricians, electrical foremen, and multiple apprentices and journeymen working to grow their craft. Beyond our field team, our office includes additional Masters and Journeyman electricians providing support and expertise. We require every foreman to carry OSHA 30 certification because safety isn’t negotiable. Our rapid growth reflects one thing: San Antonio and the surrounding area trusts us to deliver.
